
SKYACTIV, the new groundbreaking technology debuting in the all-new Mazda CX-5 compact crossover SUV, has just won its second UK motor industry award, the Editor’s Award, which was presented at a ceremony held at the Royal Automobile Club in London on May 16.
The advantages of SKYACTIV technology are many including new fuel-efficient, emission busting engines powering the CX-5, improved aerodynamics, and reduced vehicle weight, chassis advancements and new automatic and manual transmissions. It’s mantra of economy, safety and performance pledges to revolutionize the automotive world as it’s introduced in Mazda’s new models.
Of importance is the fact that SKYACTIV technology, engineered to attain both envioronmental and safety performance and driving pleasure without compromise, will see Mazda keeps its loyalty to petrol and diesel technology.
