I appreciate how easy it was to make this happen. All of the staff was extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Brendon and James were fantastic. I sincerely appreciate how comfortable they made my kids, and how they allowed them to feel part of the process. My daughter commented when we left how nice Brendon, James and Tyler were. I had read comments like this on a rate the dealership website, which was one of the reasons I chose Crown Mazda. I am so glad those comments were accurate.

Just bought a new CX-5. This is my first Mazda purchase, and so far a great one! I felt I received more personalized service from this smaller dealership,compared to larger ones in the past. Brendon Price was my sale’s rep. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In no way did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He was always willing to help me through the car buying process when I needed more information. For finances, I worked with both Brian and Tyler. Both were very thorough in their explanations and were extremely helpful in communicating with another dealership I was working with for a lease return.

Having bought and sold a number of cars in the past, my husband and I have a fairly good knowledge of what to expect when buying a vehicle. Clive was honest, respectful and polite. He was easy to talk to, gave us a good explanation of the vehicle, its features, warranty, specs, etc before and during the test drive. Negotiations between the manager and ourselves went smoothly and they were very accomodating to our requests. Most importantly to me, we were treated as equals in the purchase, and I never felt ‘talked down to’ or experienced times where Clive was only speaking to my husband about our purchase. I found Clive, and the general manager Mark, very good to deal with and I would recommend this delearship for honest salespeople. Brian the financial manager was also very honest and professional. Like Clive, he was very clear about the finances, the terms of the purchase agreement and walked us through all the paperwork, even though it wasn’t terribly complicated. We never felt pressured into any additional warranty or undercoating. We got quick approval for our new Mazda and drove it home the same day, even though it was very late in the evening.
The employees were knowledgeable,accomadating and personable.We had to order our vehicle and Ron kept us updated on the progress of the delivery. The CX 5is a new vehicle and Ron shared via email what he was learning about the car. He asked us to inform him a bout our opinions of the car answer use it. Brian was knowledgeable about the paper work and financing. We appreciated his input. The whole staff was excited about the vehicle and very inviting of our opinion and concerns. From first stepping on the lot to driving away was a pleasant experience.
I would seriously recommend Brendon to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. His friendliness, empathy and knowledge are refreshing compared to the many sales associates I have dealt with over the years. It made the entire experience of selecting a vehicle enjoyable for both myself and my wife. I should add that my wife is far from patient when looking for another vehicle and yet she went with me a number of times to this dealership to look at various vehicles and enjoyed the experience mainly because of Brendon’s friendly style. My wife and I have returned to Destination Mazda because of the wonderful service we had received for our 2007 Mazda 3 that we leased from a different location. After having service with several other dealerships throughout Winnipeg, none compared to the attention to detail and the “little” extras we experienced with even a simple oil change. This was our first car lease from Destination Mazda. I was very pleased with how hard Tyler tried to make a deal work for us given our budget and family requirements. While this was going on Clive was a true gentleman and watched our 2 children and kept them out of trouble long enough for daddy to finish negotiating. Ron was very helpful in preparing our Mazda 5 and in assisting with the car seats. James did a great job dealing with the prickly topic of dollars and cents. Although I did get a sense that there have been some less than trustworthy individuals that have visited the dealership. Mark offered a very nice touch. He gave me use of the large bow to present the car appropriately to my wife. Aron (who we were familiar with) was very accommodating with preparing the car and answering any unusual questions we threw at him. Overall we are very happy with the car and the entire team involved in making a usually stressful event pleasant and one that definitely deserves acknowledgment. We certainly recommend Destination Mazda and all of the above mentioned, to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you all.
A FANTASTIC experience!! Having seriously checked out several other dealerships, we were encouraged by the professionalism, respect and great service we received at this dealership. Wes was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. My first interaction with Wes was when I emailed him via the Mazda website regarding trading in our 2002 Mazda Protege 5. Little did I know, my husband had also contacted the dealer by phone. Despite this, Wes was quick to respond to my internet inquiry in a timely and personal manner.
Upon arrival to Destination Mazda, Mark Carver and Wes each greeted us. Wes was thorough in explaining the availability of both new and used vehicles, and was patient in his explanation of models and features. He was able to answer all of our questions in a way that was personal and informative. My husband and I took one vehicle for a test drive, and returned the following day to test drive an alternate vehicle. Wes was very accomodating during this process and his committment to his clients was certainly noted.
We were offered a very reasonable price to trade in our Mazda Protege and happily drove a 2012 Mazda 3 off the lot.
