  • I have been working on a rare vehicle that Mazda makes, dealing with the parts department at Crown Mazda has been a great experience. Very accommodating and knowledgeable staff, I was able to get my parts without much delay. Since I work out of town we scheduled a pickup even after the parts department was closed because the dealership stays open longer.   • Just bought a new CX-5. This is my first Mazda purchase, and so far a great one! I felt I received more personalized service from this smaller dealership,compared to larger ones in the past. Brendon Price was my sale's rep. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In no way did I ever feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. He was always willing to help me through the car buying process when I needed more information. For finances, I worked with both Brian and Tyler. Both were very thorough in their explanations and were extremely helpful in communicating with another dealership I was working with for a lease return.   • When I bought my car 11 months ago, I started with Wes. Very happy and friendly. When I found a car I liked he sent me someone else to crunch numbers. I forget his name, but excellent as well. I decided it was just outside my financial range. No problem, he had the perfect car in mind. And it was. I love it. I've since brought it back for multiple oil changes. I paid between 60-70 when I brought it to a different service place. I pay about 40 at the Mazda dealership. And unlike the other service stop, Mazda washes my car, and has topped up my windshield washer fluid twice. You also get to sit in the lounge with the coffee, ect. I am very happy with my purchase and continued service I get with the dealership!–Tkaye, Dealerrater
